1. Is the source code encrypted?
No, the source code is not encrypted and can be changed by the customer.

2. Is there a coupling with an external server (e.g. license check)?
No, there is no coupling to an external server. But there is the possibility to check manually if your installed version is the newest one.

3. Which payments do you accept?
At the moment you have the possibility to pay via paypal and bank transfer (payment in advance).

4. Is there any possibility to get a discount?
If you want to order more than one of our products it is possible to get a discount. It depends on the selected products. Besides this we grant a high discount for people who are translating one of our products into one language which is alreday not included. If one of these points are interesting for you please send us an email about the details. Thanks.

5. Are there any taxes included on the invoice?
No, we apply the german VAT law §19 and we are not allowed to insert / show any taxes.

6. Is there any support included?
In general the support is included. You can contact us for questions and bugs via email or ticket system. For configuration issues and additional features we ask for your understanding that this can't be included and has to be negotiated seperately.

7. Can I suggest new functions or extensions?
Of course, yes. We are highly interested in feedback of our customers or new suggestions.

8. I need a special feature!
If you need a feature which is not on our roadmap please do not hesitate to contact us. We normally offer you the development after a short specification phase.

9. Are updates included??
Yes, all future updates of your main version are included. You can download them free of charge with your login from our website. (e.g. If you ordered version 2.1 all future updates for 2.X are included).

10.  Is there an information about new updates?
If you are already a customer you will get a newsletter for your extension if a new update was released. Besided this we publish the updates on our website and facebook https://www.facebook.com/WERIDesignGbR
